Escaping custom header and footer

Hey, nice theme!

Btw, I see that header and footer is getting escaped. e.g. if I have <script src="foo"> it gets escaped to <script src=\"foo\">. Just wanted to make you aware of this bug.

Interesting. Will take a look at this. Never realised about the quotes
